Enjoy a unique and meaningful experience by visiting Trunyan Cemetery, one of Bali's most mysterious cultural sites. Situated on the shores of Lake Batur, this village is renowned for its unusual burial tradition, where bodies are not buried or cremated, but placed under Taru Menyan trees, believed to neutralize odors.
The journey to the site is made by a traditional boat from Kedisan Harbor, crossing the beautiful lake to reach the sacred burial area, surrounded by stunning natural scenery.
